We believe that it should come from the best ingredients in our nature, so most of it made with just 3 simple & wholesome ingredients: Chickpeas, Wheat protein & Beetroot. Absolutely no additives or chemicals are used in any part of the process.

So how did this whole Plant-Based thing get started?

high protein & nutrients density is known for many health benefits, such as

Wheat Protein

Wheat is one of India's most commonly consumed cereal grains. Its protein is
sourced from the whole wheat grain. It accounts for the key base ingredients &
responsible for the unique elasticity & protein richness.

Beetroot

It's a root vegetable also known as red beet. Packed with essential nutrients, a great source of fiber, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C. It's been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow & lower BP.

Herbs & Spices

Coriander seed, turmeric, onion, garlic, cumin & red chili powders. We season
OhVeg with the highest quality Indian spices, bringing a rich flavor profile to the
pallet. Everything we source is done so thoughtfully and responsibly.
